• Radiation Protection Adviser (RPA)
  Radiation Protection Advisers give advice on the Ionising Radiations Regulations 1999 and relevant legislation. The service has been operating since the 1980s and is now provided to over 1000 clients.
  
• Personal Dosimetry Service
  We offer personal dosimetry services based on the Division's expertise in radiological protection and backed up by continual research and development.
  
• Dental X-Ray Protection Services
  Our Dental X-Ray Protection Services have provided independent advice and a wide range of services to the dental profession and trades for more than 25 years.
  
• Radiation Protection in Veterinary Practice
  Radiation Protection Supervisor training and a Radiation Protection Adviser service for the veterinary profession are provided from each of the three regional offices of the Radiation Protection Division of the HPA.

  We offer a high quality service for the development, type-test, pre-use and periodic testing of radiation monitors and dosemeters. We also offer the design of bespoke monitoring systems as well as providing independent assessment of de-licensing and decommissioning assessments for regulatory bodies and others.
